Fonts mood board analysis
The fonts I used for my fonts mood board I have used in order to attract my target audience. On my mood board I used a variety of fancy and ordinary fonts as for my magazine I used a mixture of both.
For my title on the front cover and the contents page I have used the font Magneto, as this font is very stylistic and would appeal to my target audience of teenage girls. I chose to use Magneto rather than an ordinary font as I think this gives my magazine its own house style and uniqueness and adds to the appearance of my magazine. For my cover lines on my front cover I used the font Elephant. I decided to use this font as it is a fairly bold font so therefore it will stand out to my target audience as they will be able to read the main stories really easily. On my contents page and article I used the font Bell MT. This font I decided was the best choice as it is a simple yet effective font and would be really easy for the audience to read and understand. However although they were the same font, on my contents page the font was in italic and on my article the font in regular. I did this in order to fit the style of the page I was trying to create. For the title on my article I used the font Cooper Std. This was to differentiate the title to the main body of text and used to make the title stand out more as it was a bolder font.
